[Some days the fates turn against you and make a mockery of your existence. Today is one of those days. This is gonna suck for both of them. Probably. Regardless, close to the 48-hour deadline of this stupid fucking candygram (and pointedly AFTER work) Nico will hear a knock at his door.
The second he opens it, he is gonna get beaned in the face with a bouquet of roses. He's gonna get beaned hard. Oh look, Jax is here - your favourite colleague!!! Flowers "delivered", Jax then leans down to carefully put the heart-shaped card on top of Nico's head. It's a beautiful moment. ]
[Nico answers the door in his pajamas. He's not staying in his work clothes longer than he needs to, after all. The young man is then beaned by red roses and he stands there, holding them looking faintly bewildered. Then Jax puts a heart-shaped card on top of his head.
He looks at the flowers, card falling to the ground without him even attempting to reach for it.

Then, Nico looks back at Jax and decides that no. No, Jax doesn't deserve to get out of this easily. If this man is getting paid for candygrams, then he's going to make sure that the asshole regrets every second he's living in the moment. How unfortunate for Jax that they are now in person.
